After several attempts, I made the perfect Butterscotch Martini cocktail that tastes a LOT like Butterbeer from Hogwarts. YUM!
What is a Martini?
A martini cocktail is normally made with gin and vermouth, then garnished with an olive.
This classic recipe has been changed a lot and now you can make all kinds of flavors of martinis with flavored gins and vodkas. I personally prefer vodka, especially because of the variety of flavors available.

What is the Best Vodka for This Martini?
When I tried other Butterscotch Martini recipes, they were way too strong and didn’t taste good at all.
I toned down my martini to be enjoyable and something I would want to serve at a party and drink myself.
To find the best vodka for this recipe, I used vanilla vodka. It’s light and sweet taste makes this recipe much more enjoyable and not as strong.
