I don’t know about you, but I love making lemon dip and any kind of lemon desserts for summer parties. There is something about the sweet and tangy taste of lemons that reminds me of sunshine and lounging by the pool.

Lemon desserts are perfect for summer because you can chill them, and enjoy by the pool without having to worry about them melting like you do with chocolate desserts.

I once had a lemon themed yellow party for some friends. It was fun to decorate the table with all yellow and lemon desserts. There is always so much you can do with lemons!

  • 3.4 oz Instant Lemon Pudding Mix
  • 8 oz Cool Whip (1 container)
  • Candy Sprinkles Optional

Snacks for Dipping

  • Fruit
  • Bite-sized cake pieces
  • Cookies

Instructions

  • In a large bowl, mix greek yogurt, pudding mix and cool whip until completely combined.
  • Cover and chill until ready to serve with fruit, cake or cookies.
  • Top with colorful candy sprinkles before serving.
