How to Make a Mini Nutella Stuffed Cookie Cake

First, take your mini heart-shaped pan and place one piece of the cookie dough into the bottom of the pan and press it down evenly. 

Take a teaspoon of Nutella and spread it over the top of the cookie dough. Place another piece of cookie dough over top of the Nutella layer and press it down evenly as well. 

Place your pan in either the oven or air fryer and bake until golden brown.

Heart Shaped Nutella Stuffed Cookie Cake

Easy Nutella stuffed cookie cake in a mini heart shaped pan. Refrigerated cookie dough recipe topped with pink strawberry frosting makes cute Valentine’s Day Gifts.

Instructions

  • Add 1 piece of pre-cut cookie dough to the pan, press it down with the back of a spoon.
  • Add a teaspoon of Nutella over the cookie dough.
  • Place a second piece of cookie dough over the Nutella and press down with a spoon to spread the dough evenly around the mini pan.
  • Bake until light golden brown. (see timing below…)

Air Fryer Bake Time

  • Bake at 330 degrees for 8 minutes

Oven Bake Time

  • Heat oven to 350 degrees and bake 10-14 minutes

Decorate

  • Let cookies completely cool, then pipe strawberry frosting over the cookie and top with sprinkles.
  • Cover with pan lid and refrigerate until ready to give as a gift.

Notes

Store in refrigerator before serving. Eat or gift within 5 days.
