It’s football season which means party time! Let’s face it ladies, not many guys really care about the football party decor as long as the food is good right?
I’m all about the football party food, but why not make it fashionable and fun with a little gold, flowers and animal print?
Here are some simple football party ideas and free party printables. Whether you are gearing up for a high school, college (Go Pokes!) or pro football game, you’ll enjoy these delicious snacks to serve before or during game time!
Where Can I Find Football Party Supplies?
I went to my local craft store and to buy some leopard print items and gold homecoming charms. Most craft stores sell small plastic football charms for decorating ribbons. These charms are inexpensive and PERFECT for party decorations like cake toppers and centerpieces!
I love these gold glitter footballs for adding game day flair to a flower arrangement. Sprinkle in some of your team’s colors or mascots for a more personalized party centerpiece.
After finding some gold and leopard football party accessories for decorating, it was time to plan the food.

Tips for Using Your Free Football Party Printables
Along with the tags, I designed a printable sign and of course party flags that I used on the cupcakes. The flags are meant for straws. I just used them for the cupcakes this time instead of drinks.

What is Good Football Party Food?
Because I was planning to serve several football style snack foods, I wanted the main course to be healthy, but easy to make. I decided to make a frozen pizza with gourmet topping like artisan cheese, garlic, tomatoes and spinach. I love the thin crunchy crust along with these delicious toppings!
How Do You Serve a Frozen Pizza at a Football Party?
To make your football party a little more fashionable, slice your pizza into bite sized squares. I served mine in a leopard print paper box lined with napkins. It looked great on the party table!
Healthy Football Party Food Idea
I wanted to be sure to serve some healthy snacks at my football party. Since the theme was gold and leopard, using gold paper cups is perfect for holding dip and veggies!
What is a Good Dessert for a Football Party?
It wouldn’t be a party without dessert! Here is my attempt at Chocolate Covered Strawberry Footballs. They weren’t perfect, but nobody seemed to mind since they tasted amazing! ha!
