Monday

Sun Dried Tomato Cheese Pasta

I found this yummy recipe on one of my new favorite food blogs, Italian Food Forever. Deborah lives in Italy and has a passion for Italian food. Looking at her photos will make your mouth water!

Head over to Deborah’s blog for this recipe. It looks very easy.

I’m adding chicken to mine. (I’m buying a fully cooked chicken to use for Monday & Tuesday’s meals.) This will be on the grocery list.

Tuesday

Zucchini Goat Cheese Pizza

If you don’t love Smitten Kitchen for her recipes, then you will just for her beautiful photography! Since Monday’s meal called for goat cheese, I found this recipe that looks so delish!

Visit Smitten Kitchen’s site for this recipe. She makes it with homemade pizza dough, but I’m always short on time so will be making with ready made pizza dough. I’m also adding chicken.
