Skinny Aloe Vera Cocktail Recipe
This Skinny Aloe Vera Cocktail recipe is perfect low carb, low calorie drink for lounging by the pool or serving at a party. It’s refreshing, light and if you are watching your weight like me, you won’t feel guilty drinking it!
If you want a new low carb drink this summer, this simple recipe is one of my new favorite skinny cocktails along side of my Skinny Sangria!
I don’t like Ranch Water, but I do love aloe vera water, so I turned it into a skinny cocktail alternative. If you haven’t tried aloe water before, it takes just like water with sugar.
Aloe vera water has great health benefits, but I have also heard it can bother people who have stomach issues. I have never had any problems and really enjoy drinking it when I need something that tastes sugary, but healthy. It’s a great alternative to soda and comes in all kinds of flavors as well.

What You’ll Need To Make an Aloe Vera Cocktail
My skinny cocktail is basically just vodka and aloe vera water! Pretty basic, but I like to jazz it up with flavored vodka and fruit.
Skip the vodka for a simple non-alcoholic mocktail version of this drink. Either way, it’s low in calories, crisp and cool for summer!
- Aloe Water
- Citrus Vodka
- 1 Lime
- 1 Orange
Pour the Aloe Water into a glass full of ice, mix in 1-2 ounces of vodka. Slice oranges and limes. Squeeze a good amount of both into the glass, then add some slices in the glass for garnish.
If you try this, let me know what you think!
