This Pineapple Sangria recipe is a perfect coconut rum drink for a luau or just sipping by the pool. A tropical twist on the traditional white wine sangria. Tastes like a piña colada, but much easier!
Put a tropical twist on traditional sangria with this fruity Pineapple Sangria!
I’m super excited about this Tropical Pineapple Sangria recipe! Since my Skinny Sangria has been so popular, I couldn’t wait to try a new sangria recipe. Pineapple is definitely one of my favorite fruits along with mango. It sounds kind of odd, but these fruits mixed together and soaked in white wine and coconut rum make the perfect tropical drink combination. Plus it’s so easy to make! You’ll be the hit of the party if you bring a pitcher of this recipe!
To kick off the official summer fun here at Living Locurto, I wanted to make a tropical drink recipe for you. Believe me, this one is so easy and very delicious. This amazing Tropical Sangria is a perfect coconut rum cocktail for a luau party or just sipping by the pool. I originally came up with this recipe back in March 2016 and since then it’s become my most popular cocktail recipe to date!

I came up with this recipe after visiting a resort in the Cayman Islands where the beach bar tender made me a drink with pineapple juice and white wine. It was so simple and delicious! I tinkered with it even more by adding coconut rum and fruit to give it more of a piña colada taste. I really love how well it turned out!
Who else is excited about summer? Did I tell you that I’m headed to Turks & Caicos soon? It’s the most beautiful blue water you have ever seen! You might have seen me posting about it last year on Instagram and I can’t wait to go back!
I have a thing for pineapple drinks and will definitely be making this sangria all year round.
I hope you enjoy this delicious and refreshing Pineapple Sangria party drink!
