These meal plans started with this post on how I couldn’t find weekly meal plans for busy moms that fit with my family…. so I just came up with my own. Since writing that post, I have been contacted or contacted the publishers of well known food websites with permission to use their recipes. I am not a food blogger just a mom sharing great recipes I love or make myself.

Scroll down to view menus and links to yummy food websites for more recipe and meal planning ideas. I hope my menus save you time and a little bit of money too:-)

yay- i was finding supper times for my kid becoming really boring- some cool plans and having a weekly menue means its all down- one large shop will sort everything out!

Love the recipes, however I have to admit I did notice a typo that kind of made me giggle. Under week 11 kid friendly meals I noticed one that said Mini Krappy Patties. It had me scratching my head there a bit until I clicked on the link and noticed it was supposed to read Krabby patties. I am just not sure if this had been pointed out or not. Normally typos don’t bother me, but this one just kind of stood out

  8. Hello, I stumbled upon your site today and I think it is wonderful! I am a new blogger and I recently started something called “Real Meals From the Deals” and I just do sort of like this site and put together 7 dinners each week from the current Kroger sale ad with a corrdinated shopping list and any coupon matchups that are available. I would love to be included on your site. In turn, I would like to send viewers your way as well (they may not like something on my menu one week and want to check out yours). That would be a great variety. I try to do healthy meal options; however, each week does usually include several meals that are quick and cheap based on items from the sale and may not necessarily be healthy. My site is dedicated to the busy mom who just doesn’t have a lot of time. Please feel free to check it out. If you get a chance to check it out, I would honestly love your true opinion. Since I am so new at this blogging thing, I am just not sure if I am headed in the right direction and I would really love some constructive critisism :) Thanks and have a blessed day!

hey thought you might like to know about my favourite cookbook author sandi richard….she teaches about meal planning and offers weeks of meal plans with the accompanying shopping lists…she is a mother of 7 and learned how to do all of this as a way of coping with her large family’s needs…anyway she is canadian and has a show called Fixing Dinner on the Food Network up here but I know she has done some appearances in the US and that you can get her cookbooks from Amazon. She has been a lifesaver around here!
