These meal plans started with this post on how I couldn’t find weekly meal plans for busy moms that fit with my family…. so I just came up with my own. Please note that I am not a food blogger or a very good cook for that matter, just sharing great recipes I have found or make myself:-) Scroll down to view menus and links to yummy food web sites for more ideas. I hope my menus save you time and a little bit of money too:-)
** I’m taking a break from meal plans over the summer. If you have submitted a plan, I’ll get back to you before school begins. Thanks!

hey thought you might like to know about my favourite cookbook author sandi richard….she teaches about meal planning and offers weeks of meal plans with the accompanying shopping lists…she is a mother of 7 and learned how to do all of this as a way of coping with her large family’s needs…anyway she is canadian and has a show called Fixing Dinner on the Food Network up here but I know she has done some appearances in the US and that you can get her cookbooks from Amazon. She has been a lifesaver around here!
