Let’s make my new favorite meal, Chicken Bacon Ranch Lettuce Wraps! After my Turkey Taco Lettuce Wraps went a little viral, I knew I had to try a new recipe with chicken, bacon and ranch!
For this recipe, I’m using diced chicken breasts. It’s incredibly convenient to cut up your chicken into bite sized pieces to cook fast for a quick meal!

Chicken Bacon Ranch Lettuce Wraps Recipe

- 1 teaspoon olive oil
- ½ teaspoon minced garlic
- 1 pound diced chicken breast (uncooked)
- ½ teaspoon smoked paprika
- ½ teaspoon Italian seasoning
- ½ teaspoon cracked pepper
- 1 teaspoon chopped fresh parsley
- 4 slices cooked bacon chopped
- 8 Iceberg lettuce leaves
- ½ cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
- 2 Roma tomatoes chopped
- 2 Tablespoons Ranch dressing
Instructions
- Heat a large non-stick skillet over medium heat. Add oil and garlic then stir and cook for about a minute.
- Add the diced chicken. Season chicken with smoked paprika, Italian seasoning, pepper and parsley.
- Toss and cook for about 6-8 minutes, or until fully cooked and browned.
- About 2 minutes before chicken is done, add the bacon to the pan.
- Fill each lettuce leaf with the chicken and bacon mixture.
- Top with cheese and tomatoes.
- Drizzle the chicken lettuce wraps with Ranch dressing and serve.
- Add additional chopped parsley for garnish.
