Whip up these quick and tasty Chicken Bacon Ranch Lettuce Wraps in under 15 minutes! Roasted diced chicken, bacon and tomatoes, topped with Ranch dressing, all wrapped in crisp Iceberg lettuce. Perfect for a quick and healthy meal!

Ingredients

teaspoon
olive oil
½
teaspoon
minced garlic

cooked bacon
chopped

pound
Just Meats Roasted Diced Chicken
½
teaspoon
smoked paprika
½
teaspoon
Italian seasoning
½
teaspoon
cracked pepper
1
teaspoon
chopped fresh parsley
8
Iceberg lettuce leaves
½
cup
Shredded Cheddar Cheese

Roma tomatoes
chopped

Tablespoons
Ranch dressing
Instructions
Heat a large non-stick skillet over medium heat. Add oil, garlic and bacon and stir.
Add the diced chicken.Season chicken with smoked paprika, Italian seasoning, pepper and parsley.
Stir and cook for about 2-3 minutes, or until fully heated.
Fill each lettuce leaf with the chicken and bacon mixture.
Top with cheese and tomatoes.
Drizzle the chicken lettuce wraps with Ranch dressing and serve.
Add additional chopped parsley for garnish.
Notes
