Rolo S’mores – Easy Campfire Dessert Recipe
Rolo S’mores are a fun twist on the classic chocolate marshmallow and graham cracker dessert! If you loved my Owl S’mores, then you’ll really love our favorite chocolate and caramel candy which makes this campfire recipe extra sweet.
Summer means sleeping in, vacations, swimming and making fun family memories! Since I’m remodeling my kitchen(I literally have no kitchen right now), we’ve been grilling a lot. Campfire meals and Rolo S’mores are our new favorite way to enjoy dinner these days while I remodel our kitchen.
Because summer gives us time to slow down from our normal busy schedules, it’s one of my favorite times to cook. Well, since I have no kitchen right now, we’ve been using our outdoor grill to make dinner.
Campfire meals are delicious ingredients wrapped-up together and sealed tight in foil so the savory tastes mix together.

Rolo S’mores – Easy Campfire Dessert You Need To Try!
I thought I would share my new favorite campfire dessert… Rolo S’mores!

We don’t make the usual s’mores, but Rolo S’mores. Have you ever tried them? They are so good!!!
Just replace the usual chocolate bar with Rolo candy and you get an explosion of caramel along with the chocolate and marshmallows. Simply delicious.


If you’re not camping and want to try another amazing twist on s’mores, try this delicious S’mores Egg Rolls Recipe.
Rolo S’mores
Ingredients
- 4 jumbo marshmalllows
- 8 Rolo Candies
- 8 graham cracker squares
Instructions
- Roast a large marshmallow over a fire until melted.
- Place the roasted marshmallow onto a square of graham cracker, then place the Rolo on top.
- Add another square of graham cracker to create the sandwich and gently press down until the chocolate has melted into the hot marshmallow.
- Enjoy!
