A delicious super easy strawberry pie! With only a few ingredients, this simple to make fresh chilled pie is a quick summer dessert.

Easy Strawberry Pie Recipe

I went to a fun summer party this past weekend and when my friend began decorating her Strawberry Pie, I lost all focus and couldn’t wait to bite into it! Since it wasn’t time for dessert yet, I just took some photos and got her recipe to share with you today!

There’s nothing better in summer than a chilled strawberry dessert! Well, maybe this Strawberry Iced Tea comes in a good second place. But I think certainly think a tasty pie is number one!

My friend Wendee baked this pie. If I’m remembering correctly, at the time I first published this recipe, we had just become friends. I don’t think she understood what I did for a living, or why I was gushing all over how EASY this pie was to make. Now it’s funny, because she is always sending me recipe ideas for my blog. I think I started something a long time ago by sharing her awesome Strawberry Pie recipe. LOL!!

Simple Strawberry Pie!

Simple No Bake Party Dessert Idea

I didn’t bake anything special for the party, but I did buy a grocery store cookie cake and decorate it with my new Patriotic Party Printables! It turned out really cute and everyone thought I baked it. I can’t say I didn’t correct them. Ha!

How to Make SUPER EASY Strawberry Pie

Since I left the cookie cake out on the counter, the kids devoured it before I could try it. Luckily the strawberry pie was hidden in the refrigerator and was waiting for the adults!

I will just say the pie didn’t last long at all. It was not only pretty, but delicious! When I found out how simple it was, I thought I would share the recipe.

For those of you who make strawberry pies, you have probably made this recipe before. I have never tried this glaze, but knowing how easy it is, I’m going to definitely try it next time.

You’ll need:

  • 1 Tub Marie’s Glaze for Strawberries
  • 1-2  pints Sliced Fresh Strawberries
  • Cool Whip (my recipe below uses homemade whipped cream… because it’s my favorite!)
  • Ready Made Pie Crust

The directions are super easy! Just bake the pie crust and let cool. Mix glaze with the fresh strawberries, add to the pie shell. Chill for 2-4 hours. Generously add cool whip to chilled pie before serving. Decorate the top with left over strawberries.

Print my version of this Strawberry Pie below. Enjoy!
