Waking Up with a Smile: The Ultimate Breakfast Pizza Recipe

I’m loving this easy Egg, Cheese and Sausage Breakfast Pizza Recipe by Divian Connor! What a great idea for something different for breakfast or any time of the day. Enjoy! ~ Amy

On the way back from a Chicago photography workshop, we stopped at a gas station that was more of a general store for breakfast. I grabbed a breakfast pizza slice for myself and 2 breakfast burritos for my girls.

I was miles and miles away before I took my first bite of my pizza slice and when I did I was immediately wishing I had more! It was so good.

Most breakfast pizzas that I have tried before used a sausage gravy as the sauce, but this one….pure cheesy goodness. Since I do not live anywhere near this store to get my breakfast pizza fix, I went on a quest to make my own.

This breakfast pizza is one of the easiest recipes I have ever come up with. It does take some prepping but believe me, it is worth it. My kids helped me make these and when they tried them, they would not stop talking about how good it was.

What You Need for Breakfast Pizza

  • Scrambled eggs
  • Shredded Cheese
  • Campbell’s Cheddar Cheese Soup
  • Sausage or Bacon
  • Pizza Dough

One 9″ pan makes enough for 2-3 people.

How to Make Easy Cheesy Breakfast Pizza

Scramble your eggs and cook your meat. Prepare your own pizza dough or use the refrigerated pizza dough to save time. Spread dough over your round 9 inch pan, trimming any excess. Work dough around and cut in tiny slits into the dough. Bake until firm.

Once the dough and toppings are done, now it is time to add the cheddar cheese soup, eggs, sausage and shredded cheese.
