Summer is here and that means going to lakes, pools and beaches. I love making fun food for my kids and giggled when I found these adorable clams made from Almonette Cookies. Aren’t they cute? These would be the perfect treat to serve at a Mermaid Party or make just for fun!

I made these for my daughter’s mermaid birthday party and used them as toppers for cupcakes! They are adorable and SO easy to make! If you don’t want to make the fondant pearls, you can always buy edible pearls in the cake decorating section! They are a BIG hit at her party!
