Simple no-bake red white and blue ice cream sandwich pops are the perfect patriotic dessert for a festive 4th of July!

I don’t know why I can’t just serve my children a treat straight out of the box? I love making them special treats and ever since they were little, they expect something homemade or spectacular. Luckily, these easy Red White and Blue Ice Cream Sandwich Pops do the trick and take no time at all!

I found some mini ice cream sandwiches, cut them in half, added a lollipop stick, then covered the edges in festive patriotic sprinkles. These are so easy and the perfect size for kids.

Red White and Blue Ice Cream Sandwich Pops

Red white and blue ice cream sandwich pops are an easy patriotic dessert for the 4th of July or Memorial Day. Simple sprinkles make these extra cute!

Ingredients

Instructions

  • Slice each ice cream sandwich in half.
  • Add sprinkles to a bowl or plate. Dip each corner into the sprinkles.
  • Gently press a popsicle stick into one side of the ice cream sandwich.
  • Repeat and place all ice cream sandwich pops in a container lined with wax paper. Place in the freezer until ready to serve.
