Red white and blue ice cream sandwich pops are an easy patriotic dessert for the 4th of July or Memorial Day. Simple sprinkles make these extra cute!

Ice Cream Sandwiches

cup
Red, White and Blue Candy Sprinkles
8
popsicle sticks
Instructions
Slice each ice cream sandwich in half.
Add sprinkles to a bowl or plate. Dip each corner into the sprinkles.
Gently press a popsicle stick into one side of the ice cream sandwich.
Repeat and place all ice cream sandwich pops in a container lined with wax paper. Place in the freezer until ready to serve.
