I could eat dill pickles all day, so this amazing dill pickle dip is one of my favorite appetizers to serve at a party. There is nothing better than my family’s homemade refrigerator dill pickles, but you don’t need to make your own pickles for this amazing dill pickle dip. Just get your favorite brand of dill pickles, mince some fresh dill and parsley then mix them all with a few more ingredients for the perfect dill pickle dip!
I personally love dipping crispy waffle potato chips into my dip, but you could also serve with your favorite vegetables for a healthier version. For this recipe, I used low fat ingredients to balance out the calories in the chips. Not that it really matters, because I would probably eat this entire plate of chips if it was in front of me!
Dill pickles and potato chips are seriously one of my all time favorite savory snacks together. This dill pickle dip brings both of my favorites together making it very hard to resist for sure!

How to Make Dill Pickle Dip
It takes practically no time at all to make this delicious dill pickle dip! Be sure to garnish your dip with chopped pickles or a sprig of fresh dill so guests know what they are about to eat.
This dip is very addicting. I could eat the whole batch!

Dill Pickle Dip
Ingredients
- ½ cup Low Fat Sour Cream
- ½ cup Mayonnaise
- 8 oz. Light Cream Cheese
- ¾ cup Dill Pickles chopped
- 1 tablespoon Fresh Dill minced
- 2 tablespoons Fresh Parsley minced
- 1 tablespoon Dried Minced Onion
- 1 teaspoon Salt
Instructions
- Separate 1 tablespoon of the chopped dill pickles to use for garnish.
- Now combine all ingredients to a mixing bowl and stir.
- Top with chopped dill pickles and serve with potato chips or your favorite vegetables.

KXB, Dill is used in certain Indian cuisines, albeit not the ones most familiar to me. (it’s a very common herb in Persian cooking, and Mughal and Awadhi culture were heavily influenced by Persia). I’ve seen dill sold in vegetable markets in the north as well as in stands serving the Indian community in east Africa, so for all I know there are some Indians, somewhere, who cook tandoori meats with a dill sauce. online
