Equipment

Ingredients

  • 16 oz Brie cheese
  • 4 cups broccoli florets 2 heads of broccoli
  • 1 ½ tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder or 3 cloves fresh garlic minced
  • ¼ teaspoon sea salt
  • ¼ teaspoon cracked pepper
  • Pinch smoked paprika
  • 1 tablespoon hot honey optional

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees
  • Coat a 9×13 baking dish with a teaspoon of olive oil.
  • With a large spoon, spread the cheese evenly on the bottom of the baking dish.
  • Sprinkle the cheese with garlic.
  • Add broccoli florets
  • Drizzle broccoli with the remaining olive oil and sprinkle with sea salt, pepper and smoked paprika.
  • Bake for 20-25 minutes until broccoli is charred and crispy.
  • Remove dish from oven, stir so the cheese coats all of the broccoli, then drizzle with hot honey.
  • Serve immediately.

Notes

You can also chop the cheese into small chunks and spread around the dish.
Substitute the hot honey for regular honey if you don’t like spicy dishes.
