Baked Broccoli with Brie
A creamy roasted broccoli baked with brie and drizzled with hot honey makes the perfect side dish for any dinner!

Ingredients

oz
Brie cheese
4
cups
broccoli florets
2 heads of broccoli
1 ½
tablespoons
extra virgin olive oil
½
teaspoon
garlic powder
or 3 cloves fresh garlic minced
¼
teaspoon
sea salt
¼
teaspoon
cracked pepper
Pinch
smoked paprika
1
tablespoon
hot honey
optional
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Coat a 9x13 baking dish with a teaspoon of olive oil.
With a large spoon, spread the cheese evenly on the bottom of the baking dish.
Sprinkle the cheese with garlic.
Add broccoli florets
Drizzle broccoli with the remaining olive oil and sprinkle with sea salt, pepper and smoked paprika.
Bake for 20-25 minutes until broccoli is charred and crispy.
Remove dish from oven, stir so the cheese coats all of the broccoli, then drizzle with hot honey.
Serve immediately.
Notes
You can also chop the cheese into small chunks and spread around the dish.
Substitute the hot honey for regular honey if you don’t like spicy dishes.
