What You’ll Need:

Elevate your mornings with Strawberry Yogurt Biscuits with these simple ingredients.

  • Biscuits– Buy or make your favorite biscuit dough. Frozen biscuit dough is what I like to use. 
  • Greek Yogurt – Plain Greek yogurt is all you need, but you can use any flavor of yogurt.
  • Egg – An egg will provide the custard-style texture and flavor.
  • Honey – Honey will add a touch of sweetness, plus it’s rich in antioxidants.
  • Strawberries – Strawberry hearts make this fun for Valentine’s Day, but you can use any type of fruit you love best.
  • Cinnamon – Ground cinnamon will enhance the flavor of the toast and your taste buds. 

Extra ingredients you might want to add to your biscuits:

  • Candy Sprinkles – For Valentine’s Day, candy sprinkles add a festive touch!
  • Powdered Sugar – For more of a donut tasting biscuit, sprinkle with powdered sugar.
  • Maple Syrup – If you love french toast, then drizzling maple syrup over biscuits is a must!
  • Chocolate Syrup – Chocolate syrup drizzled on top is always a great idea.

How to Make Strawberry Yogurt Biscuits 

You can bake these biscuits in the oven or the air fryer. Both directions are in the recipe card below.

Step 1 – Bake the biscuits until almost done.

Step 2-  In a bowl, mix Greek yogurt, egg, honey together until smooth.

Step 3 – Make a cup in the top of the biscuits to hold the yogurt and fruit.

Step 4 –  Add a spoonful of yogurt mixture into the the biscuit cup, sprinkle with cinnamon and top with berries.

Step 5 – Bake again until center is bubbly.

Step 6 – Place on a plate and sprinkle with candy sprinkles before serving.

  • Bake the biscuits.

Oven Directions:

  • Preheat the oven to 375° F (or 350° F for a nonstick cookie sheet), place frozen biscuits dough on ungreased cookie sheet and bake 22-25 minutes

Air Fryer Directions:

  • Place 6 frozen biscuits in your air fryer.
  • Bake at 350°F for 6-8 minutes

Prepare Filling

  • While biscuits are baking, slice strawberries in half and cut into heart shapes.
  • In a small bowl, mix yogurt, egg and honey together until smooth.
  • Remove biscuits from air fryer or oven and press a cup into the top of each biscuit with your fingers or a spoon.
  • Fill the cup with the yogurt mixture.
  • Sprinkle with cinnamon.
  • Top with a strawberry heart and bake until yogurt mixture is cooked and bubbly.

Oven Directions:

  • Bake at 350 for 6-8 minutes

Air Fryer Directions:

  • Bake at 350°F for 5-6 minutes

Serve and Enjoy

  • Remove the biscuits, place on a plate and sprinkle with candy sprinkles (optional) before serving.
