I’m planning to make most gifts for friends this year, but here are a few items that work for me as gifts.
I just got my Free Snapfish photo book.
Thanks to Oprah’s show! It turned out soooo cute! [If you didn’t know, Snapfish was giving away free books a few weeks ago if you went there from Oprah’s site.] Forget scrapbooking, I’m doing this from now on. I have done a few Kodak Gallery books but they were smaller. I love this large format.
Did you make a free book? These would make great gifts for Grandparents. I just got an email with deals from Snapfish. Each discount is only for 48 hours. The one going on now is for buy an ornament and get one free. Click here for the deals.
Santa Towels
Here is another item I just bought that I LOVE! These are the cutest towels at William’s Sonoma. I like that they are really big and going to use them as decoration. Maybe hang them over chairs with ribbon around them? I haven’t decided yet.
Personal Wall Art
I also like my wall art, of course:-) Did you enter the giveaway at The Inspired Room? I’m not sure when Melissa is announcing the winner, so you might have time to enter if you go now! All you need to do is leave a comment.
Find some great do it yourself gift ideas at Tip Junkie. My Christmas CD cover is featured today!
Lots of good tips at Rocks in My Dryer too!
I’m flipping over that Santa towel! I need one (or two or three). Very cute.
Wish I had taken advantage of that Snapfish photo book offer! Darn.
I entered the giveaway for your wall art. I’d love to give one to my niece for Christmas, so I’ve got my fingers crossed that I’ll win. 🙂

I missed out on the free snapfish book- but I went ahead a made one anyways-
Love the Christmas towels – picked some up last week :}
Have a wonderful day-
I got mine last week and love it. It was fun to make a book for us. I’ve made a few on Kodak Gallery for others and I have to admit that their large format pics were not as grainy or pixelated as the ones in my snapfish book. I’m glad to have it, but I like the kodak quality a little better.
Thanks for all of your free downloads. I can’t wait to use the Christmas tags!

Yeah for you being featured on Tip Junkie! That’s awesome and you so deserve it for all the creative ideas you share with us. 🙂
You are going to yell at me…but I never completed that book in time. And I am completely kicking myself for it now. Really, I think it’s an affordable option compared to scrapbooking…by the time you bought all your scrapbooking supplies, you would have paid a lot more than that book would normally cost. It’s a great alternative! And boy, would the grandparents love to receive that as a Christmas gift. Lovely!
