Princess Kate Paper Dolls - Prince William and Kate Middleton

The time is near, Prince William and Kate Middleton will be married on April 29th in Westminster Abbey.

To tell you the truth, I’m really not that excited about the wedding. I’m just not that interested in the whole British royalty hubbub. I once met Prince Albert II of Monaco in Dallas. He was really nice, he was also wearing a very large cowboy hat. Talking to a prince in a cowboy hat just struck me as wrong and still makes me giggle when I think of royalty, but after seeing these hilarious Princess Kate paper dolls, I decided I must go in search of more royal wedding printables.

After finding so many cute designs, I have caved in and now convinced I must print something and watch this with my daughter! I mean, how many times does a girl marry a real prince? I think a four year old who loves princesses will really get into it, and maybe her mother will as well… just maybe.

  1. This is great! I’m a journalist major at the University of Oklahoma and for my final I have chosen to report on the Royal Wedding and how it effects the United States. Do you think I could email you a few questions for an online interview? Please let me know!

  2. I have a 5 yr old daughter who is currently obsessed with this wedding. I had no interest, being American, but offhandedly mentioned it to my daughter. Her eyes lit up and I realized what a fairy tale this must be to her. A real life prince marrying a girl and turning her into a princess. It doesn’t hurt that Kate truly looks like she could be a Disney princess. It just adds to the magic.

Thanks for all of the printable ideas. I went from avoiding television Friday morning to looking forward to spending the morning with my “princess” talking about crowns and dresses.

  3. Prince Albert of Monaco is getting married in July! To a South African no less, her name is Charlene and she’s a former Olympic swimmer. Looks like we’re going to have two *big* Royal Weddings this year – whoot!

  4. Here in Scotland it’s just an excuse for a day off work – and to drink champagne before noon of course 🙂
