Now that I have one kid in school and one at home. I can find time to do fun mommy/daughter things. I found this adorable puppet theater idea from Katherine Marie Photography and thought I’d share. How cute is this???
She even made mini tickets and envelopes! Visit Katherine’s site for more great photos and instructions.
Do you do creative things like this at home with your kids?
If not, take this week to try something new. You could make this with just a plain shoe box and paper towels as curtains! Let the kids draw a pattern on the paper towel curtains. I think I’ll try to find full length photos of my kids and cut out their entire body. They will get a kick out of that!
Have a great day,
Amy

Great idea! I love the small size. Since all my kids would have to have their own 🙂
What a great idea! I know mine (or my kids) wouldn’t turn out as beautiful as this one!
Since I am all about fun, that doesn’t bother me at all. This would be a fun project for the kids to work on together, for mom & me time or the whole family. You can do as much or as little as you want with this.
I know my older daughter (10) would design outfits and write a script while my son would use our faces to make new “pokemon” characters and we would battle it out! (as long as he and I are a team and we beat his sister and Dad, all is good!)
Thanks again for sharing a wonderful idea… I love this site!
this is adorable! what a fun party craft-decorate your own theater & puppets!
