Friends, family, boas, fancy shoes, tutus and cake. What could be more fun on a 2 year old’s birthday party?
As two year olds are very active, I thought it would be fun to have a simple birthday party where the girls could run around and play. Dressing up is always fun for little girls too!
I made her a personalized shirt and dressed her in a tutu for a little photoshoot before friends came over for tea.
Party decor was pink and purple with appetizers perfect for tea time.
A box of tiaras, feather boas, purses and shoes was waiting for the girls to play dress up.
Getting tea ready for friends to arrive is a busy time for a 2 year old!
Girlfriends all born the same week in August. We had a lot to celebrate!
mmmmm good…
Dress up time was super fun!
Present time was even more fun.
Time to shed the tutu and say goodbye to friends.
Thanks Grandma for your help decorating and for the cute bags and play shoes! The party was a success!
Hi! Those invitations are really cute. Can I ask how you made them?
I was looking through your ideaa. I think we are going to do this for Mikayla’s 3rd bday. Either this or maybe a “rootin tootin cowgirl” theme? Have any ideas? We may be getting her a horse for her bday which is in Dec. Also, Jamee, 16 year old has to do alot of baking and such to leave in lockers (she is cheerleader) for football guys. Do you have any printable tags for something like that?
That is so cute. My girls weren’t girlie girls, but we had fun parties too.
You make me want a little girl. It looks like she had a great time.
