I love Family Halloween Costumes and thought all of you with kids ages 6-12 would get a kick out of our latest Diary of a Wimpy Kid family costume!
My son loves this book series and I have to say that I have read most of them and they are hilarious books.
Yesterday, we went to my son’s cub scout meeting where we were supposed to wear Halloween costumes. I had to do some quick thinking since I had totally forgotten about having to dress up! While dinner was in the oven, I hand drew the Heffley Family masks on card stock and told everyone to go find a white shirt. To my surprise, my kids were thrilled and thought this was a really cool idea! I think I won some more “cool points” while they watched me draw the masks too.
Seriously, anyone can draw these masks! For Greg, just trace a large bowl for his head and small cup for an ear.

So clever! Love it!
Love this idea so much that I included it in my Parade post, Better Halloween Costumes for Boys http://www.parade.com/217931/jenniferlwfink/4-better-halloween-costumes-for-boys/
you smarty pants! so fun for the whole family!
This is so clever and adorable. My don loves Diary of Wimpy Kid books.
Is there a printable for these masks. I’m terrible at drawing. Thank you
These are cracking me up! I’ve only read the first Wimpy Kid book (and my boys are too young for them yet), but I have to agree! It’s pretty funny! I’m definitely going to be pinning this!
