Easy Chocolate Peanut Butter Brownie Dessert in a Jar make a fun Father’s Day Gift!
Easy Chocolate Dessert in a Jar – Father’s Day Gift Idea
Father’s Day is soon and to help you with a new gift idea, I designed Free Printable Tags and made an easy Chocolate Dessert in a Jar!
My husband is the hardest person ever to buy gifts for. Seriously… he is very disciplined and rarely eats sweets, he’s not into technology, not into fashion, his hobby is playing sports and he already has all of the equipment he needs.
But, the ONE thing he does go gaga over is PEANUTS. Basically, he is nuts for nuts! ha! Plus, he is a huge chocolate lover, and because I like to make treats, I mixed up an easy dessert in a jar with my husband’s favorite sweets.
I call this “Going Nuts Chocolate Brownie & Peanut Butter Dessert in a Jar”!
Easy Dessert in a Jar
It’s an easy layered dessert in an 8oz. jar with Brownies, Peanut M&M’s, Peanut Butter Cream Cheese Icing and nuts on top! The Free Printable Tags say “We Would be Nuts Without You!” and “Happy Father’s Day”.
Make them ahead, seal the jar and keep in the refrigerator until you’re ready to give as a gift. Yum!!
I LOVE these cute wooden forks from Sucre Shop. I couldn’t decide between the “Mustache” or the “Enjoy” spoons, so I used both! Since I went with a gold and black theme, I used black and white chevron washi tape from Pebbles to attach the spoons into the dessert jar.

Thanks Kristen! I love anything in a jar. ha!
Ha! I might have eaten the rest, yes:-)
I think I’m going to try this. The way to a man’s heart is through his stomach! Just wondering why you only use brown and yellow M&Ms (is that so there are “some left” for the baker?) LOL Thanks so much! Pat
SOOO fun! Just pinned!
Laurel- I can relate- that's my world, too. Always outdoors! Sooo, this looks quick and easy and YUMMY! Thanks, Amy.
Great idea. Mine is hard to shop for as well because his world is trees and birds. We have so many trees on 1 acre of land around the house and so many bird feeders it can drive me crazy. I am going to use this printable for his Ben & Jerry pistachio pistachio ice cream. Thanks for sharing!
I used 8oz Jars.
What size jars did you use? Thinking of using this for an end of the end training my husband is doing with his teachers.
These are adorable! SUper creative, Amy!
How many jars does this make?
This is fantastic! Thank you. I might use the printable for a jar of mixed nuts as well.
These are so cute! My hubby loves nuts too! I will have to do this for him! Thanks for the idea!
