How to Make Balloon Cupcakes
Making balloon cupcakes is super easy! Use a flat knife to frost your cupcake to look like a balloon. The balloon shape doesn’t have to be perfect, because you will then dip your cupcake into the sugar sprinkles.

Gently patting the cupcake around in the sprinkles will cover any flaws you made with the frosting.

After covering all cupcakes with sugar sprinkles, add a dollop of frosting to the top left side of the balloon to look like the highlight from the actual Curious George illustration.
Place your cupcakes into the refrigerator until ready to display for the party.

Print and cut the Curious George Printable. I cut some clouds out of the left-over paper. Just draw them with a pencil and cut. If you can find some bee or butterfly puffy stickers, that looks really cute on the table as well.
