Because of the holiday, we are doing our photo challenge on Tuesday & Wednesday this week. So you still have plenty of time to enter! Today I’m entering a shot I got by total accident!! I love it when that happens, especially since I have the oldest point and shoot camera ever:-)

I kept crouching down until my son was all the way in the sun. The reflection of the water and him looking through his binoculars was a one of kind photo for me… especially since this is one kid that does not stand still for long!!  This is my aunt’s pond in Oklahoma. 4. Awesome shot Amy. Love the cool blues. I won an international contest once with an accidental shot. I was shooting film, had one frame left. We were leaving a gorgeous lake in OR, visited for the first time that day. As I was walking away I turned around and just shot the dock we had been standing on, boats along side, reflection on the water, and it was the best photo on the roll. I entered it in Ritz Camera’s contest and won first place. Love those accidental shots. ?

  16. This place is so beautiful! It’s an awesome shot, I especially love how the sky was captured.

  17. I like how the lines of the sky and water are leading to the light where he is looking, which draws your eye. Hmmm, did that just make sense? Well, I think it’s a great photo. I leaned forward to try to see what he was looking at. Crazy, eh?
