Birthday Cake Marshmallows

Dip the marshmallow in white chocolate and let it dry, then dip the top in chocolate (or use any color you would like). Add some sprinkles and put a real or candy candle on the top. A candy candle can be made by adding a strip of melted candy onto wax paper with a toothpick. Let the strip dry, then dot the top with a dap of the melted candy and sprinkle with yellow sugar sprinkles.

Get more detailed directions for making the candle on Icing Design’s blog.

Which one is your favorite? I’m thinking mine is a tie between the Cookies & Cream and Chocolate Peanut Butter. YUM!
