Ingredients

Rotisserie chicken or 1 recipe
Instant Pot Frozen Chicken
Shredded, about 2 cups.
1
cup
nonfat Greek yogurt
½
cup
small curd cottage cheese
1
package
Ranch seasoning
(1 oz)

cups
Sharp cheddar cheese
shredded
⅛

salt
or to taste

cracked pepper
or to taste
Instructions
Preheat oven to 400°
Remove chicken meat from bones and shred using two forks or a hand mixer.
In a medium mixing bowl, stir together the yogurt, cottage cheese, and seasoning mix.
Add the shredded chicken and 1 cup of shredded cheese to the yogurt mixture and stir to combine.
Pour mixture into a lightly greased 8 X 8 baking dish and smooth down.
Top with additional 1 cup of shredded cheese.
Bake for 20 minutes or until hot and bubbly.
Serve warm with bread, tortilla chips, carrots or celery for dipping.
