Slice a Rice Krispies sheet into 15 squares.

Gently push red and green paper straws into the Rice Krispies squares for pop handles and place on a baking sheet covered in wax paper.

Add a package of white chocolate chips into a glass bowl and microwave for 40 seconds and stir. Then 30 seconds at a time until completely melted.

Mix in 10-20 drops of neon green food coloring until you get the perfect Grinch color.

Dip the Rice Krispies pop into the melted white chocolate and use a knife to spread around evenly.

Garnish with a candy heart jumbo sprinkle and place back on the baking tray to dry.
