Ingredients

1 pineapple
1 cup watermelon
1 cup cantaloupe
1 cup honeydew
1 cup raspberries
1 cup grapes
1 cup strawberries
1 tbsp powdered sugar optional for a snowy effect

Instructions

Prepare the Pineapple Base:

Cut off the top of the pineapple, keeping the leafy crown intact.
Turn the pineapple top upside down so the leaves resemble the branches of a Christmas tree.
To make sure the tree stays standing upright, you can cut some of the outside of the pineapple to use as a base. Just use toothpicks or kabob picks to form a base with pieces of pineapple to keep the Christmas tree steady on your platter.

Cut Out the Star:

Using the cut portion of the pineapple, slice a thick piece of fruit and use a star-shaped cookie cutter (or a knife) to cut out a star.
Attach the star to the top of your pineapple tree with a toothpick for that classic Christmas look.

Prepare the Fruit Presents:

Cut pineapple, watermelon, cantaloupe, and honeydew into small cubes. These will act as the “presents” under your tree.
Arrange the fruit cubes neatly around the base of the pineapple tree on a large platter along with your other fruits of choice.

Add the Snow

Cover the fruit pieces with foil while sprinkling powdered sugar over the pineapple tree. This ensures the sugar adds a snowy effect to the tree without getting on the fruit.
