Instructions
- Start by painting the bow tie pasta your favorite colors. Let it completely dry, then add some patterns like polka dots or stripes.
- Hot glue a bow onto a pom pom.
- Glue a hair clip onto the pom pom directly under the bow. Make sure the pasta bow is on the outside of the clip, so you can see the bow on the pom pom mouse ears when worn.
- Clip in your hair and be just like Minnie Mouse!
