This Mini Heart Sugar Cookie Cake Recipe is a delicious Valentine's Day treat. A blend of cookie dough with a chocolate center is so good!

Sugar Cookie Dough

Chocolate Cookies or Chocolate Heart Candy

Valentine Nonpareils Sprinkles
Instructions
Preheat oven or air fryer to 350 degrees.
Lightly coat a small heart-shaped baking pan with cooking spray.
Press the sugar cookie dough evenly into the heart-shaped pan to form the base of the cake.
Place a chocolate cookie or heart chocolate in the center on top of the dough.
Cover the chocolate with another layer of dough, sealing the edges. Sprinkle Valentine candy sprinkles generously on top.
Bake until golden brown. (Air Fryer: 5-7 minutes or Oven: 10-12 minutes)
Remove from oven or air fryer.
While the cookie cake is warm, press another cookie into the top for an extra delicious layer.
Let the cake cool completely before removing it from the pan. It should have slightly crispy edges and a soft center.
