In a large mixing bowl, add in your self rising flour.
Add in the butter and using your hands begin to 'crumble' the butter into the flour. You want to completely mix the butter to make crumbs. You can also use a food processor to mix the flour and butter until you get the crumbly texture.
Add in your sprinkles.
Make a 'hole' in the middle of the flour and butter mix and pour in slowly 1/2 cup of milk.
Using a spatula, fold over the flour on top of the milk and press down. If it is still too dry, add in more milk and fold over and then mix until a dough forms.
Place dough on floured surface and knead for about 1 minute. Roll out the dough about 1 1/2 inch in thickness.
Cut out your biscuit rounds.
Spray a baking sheet with non stick spray and place the biscuits on the sheet.
Bake for 15-20 minutes until they rise tall and fluffy.
Drizzle them with your glaze hot out of the oven or wait for them to cool.
