lean ground turkey

olive oil

garlic
chopped

beef broth
low sodium

tomato sauce
two 8-ounce cans

ounce
can petite diced tomatoes
15
ounce
can Hunts seasoned diced tomatoes in sauce for mild chili
15
ounce
can dark red kidney beans
drained and rinsed
15
ounce
can whole kernel sweet corn

tablespoons
chili powder
1
teaspoon
ground cumin
1
teaspoon
salt
¼
teaspoon
cayenne pepper
Toppings
Plain Greek Yogurt
Shredded Cheddar Cheese
Fresh Cilantro
chopped
Lime wedges
Instructions
Heat olive oil in a large pot and add ground turkey and garlic. Cook over medium heat until browned.
Pour in the beef broth, tomato sauce, diced tomatoes, beans, corn chili powder, cumin, salt and cayenne. Stir together well.
Bring to a boil and reduce to a simmer for 20 minutes before serving.
Notes
If you can’t find the Hunts seasoned diced tomatoes, substitute with:
15 oz. can petite diced tomatoes
1 teaspoon chili powder
1/2 teaspoon cumin
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
