Start out by cutting one of the Rice Krispies Treats in half using a knife.

Press the lollipop sticks in the bottom of your treats.  Attach on the mini green M&M's on the sides of Frank & for both of their noses on the front.  Do the same with the edible eyes.

Cut the point off of a heart sprinkle using kitchen scissors to make a mouth for the bride & then attached with the icing.

Squeeze on more icing for the hair.

Press on white jimmies on the bride before the icing dries to look like lightning.

Make a line on Frankenstein for his mouth & then add the chocolate jimmies on top to look like stitches.

Add a little more icing for the eye brows & also add a couple of chocolate jimmies on top of the brides eyes to look like lashes.

Let pops dry for about 15 minutes until set.

You can place your stick in a decorative straw or leave them as is.
