1 ½ pintStrawberries, slicedSave a few for garnish
Whipped Cream
2cupsHeavy whipping cream
⅓cupsugar
1 ½tsp
vanilla extract
Instructions
Bake the pie crust according to directions and let cool.
Mix glaze with the fresh strawberries and add to the pie shell. Chill for 2-4 hours.
Beat whipping cream at high speed with an electric mixer while gradually adding the sugar and vanilla. Once you have soft, but defined peaks stop mixing.
Generously add whipped cream to chilled pie before serving. Decorate the top with additional strawberries.
