container of white frosting
Blue food coloring
Rainbow colored gummy worms
Instructions
After baking your cupcakes, let them cool.
Add a few drops of food coloring to three fourths of the white frosting for the sky. Spread the frosting on the cupcakes with a knife.
Put the remaining white frosting into a ziplock bag and cut off the tip. Pipe a few dots of white on each side of the cupcake.
Add your gummy worms into the top of the cupcakes. Make sure they are stuck in good.
Once the rainbow is in place and secure, pipe more clouds on top so they look pretty.
