Easy Fruit Salad with Cinnamon Honey Dressing
This easy fruit salad is the perfect snack for summer or any time of the year! It’s the best gluten-free healthy dessert recipe! No added sugars.

Ingredients
Fruit

pears
chopped
2
cups
strawberries
hulled and sliced
1
cup
red grapes
½
cup
pomegranate seeds
½
cup
chopped walnuts
Cinnamon Honey Dressing
¾
cup
orange juice
fresh squeezed
1
teaspoon
honey
⅛
teaspoon
vanilla extract
⅛
teaspoon
ground cinnamon
Instructions
Place the pears, strawberries, grapes pomegranate seeds and walnuts in a large bowl.
In a small bowl, add orange juice, honey, vanilla and cinnamon. Whisk until honey is dissolved.
Pour dressing mixture over the fruit and toss.
Refrigerate for 30 minutes or longer.
Toss again before serving and enjoy!
