Double Chocolate Chip Brownies
Rich and fudgy Homemade Chocolate Chip Brownies Recipe made from scratch with simple pantry ingredients. An easy dessert everyone will love!

Ingredients

semi sweet chocolate chips
½
cup
unsalted butter, room temperature

eggs
1 ¼
cup
all purpose flour
1
cup
sugar
1
tsp
pure vanilla extract
¼
tsp
baking soda
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees and grease a baking pan.
Combine butter, eggs, flour, sugar, vanilla and baking soda into a large bowl.
In a microwave, melt 1 cup of semi sweet chocolate chips. Cook at 30-50 seconds at a time and stir, then repeat until totally melted.
Stir in melted chocolate chips
Add remaining 1 1/2 cup of chocolate chips to batter
Bake 20 minutes.
Serve warm and enjoy!

Chopped walnuts or pecans
A swirl of peanut butter or caramel
A few pinches of instant coffee for an added richness
White chocolate or dark chocolate chips
