Blueberry Mojito Pitcher Recipe
Easy Blueberry Mojito Pitcher Recipe perfect for a crowd. I love this twist on the classic mojito! Mint, lime and blueberries will burst with flavor in this tasty cocktail.

cups
fresh blueberries
plus extra for garnish

fresh mint leaves
plus extra for garnish

sugar
Add more if berries are tart
¾
cup
blueberry juice
2
cups
clear rum
½
cup
fresh squeezed lime juice
juice of 4 limes

cups
club soda
chilled
Ice
Instructions
Blend blueberries in a blender until smooth.
Add mint leaves and sugar in a large pitcher. Use a wooden spoon or muddler to muddle together.
Stir in the blended blueberries, blueberry juice, rum and lime juice. Chill until ready to serve.
Before serving, add club soda and gently stir.
Taste test to see if it needs more sugar.
Pour into glasses filled with ice and garnished with blueberries, limes, and mint.
Notes
Add a half cup of water or more club soda if it seems too thick from the blueberries.
You can also use frozen blueberries.
