- 1 ½ ounces Campari
- 3 ounces fresh-squeezed orange juice
- 1 ½ ounces pineapple juice
- 2 orange slices for garnish
Instructions
- Froth the Juice: Combine orange juice and pineapple juice in a large glass or blender. Use a handheld frother or blender to whip until the juices are light and fluffy.
- Build the Cocktail: Fill a wine or cocktail glass with ice. Pour in the Campari.
- Add the Juice: Slowly pour the fluffy juice mixture over the Campari and gently stir.
