Ingredients
Cream Cheese Frosting

stick of butter

cream cheese
1 package, room temperature
1 ½
cups
powdered sugar
1
teaspoon
vanilla extract
French Toast
2
eggs

slices
bread
3
tbsp
milk
2
tbsp
sweetened condensed milk
½
tsp
cinnamon
Blueberry & Cranberry Filling
½
pint
blueberries
½
pint
cranberries
3
tablespoons
granulated sugar
2
teaspoons
cornstarch
2-3
teaspoons
lemon juice
¾
cup
water
Instructions
Filling
Add all filling ingredients into a saucepan or skillet. Cook on high and stir until it comes to a boil.
Keep cooking until cranberries burst, then turn off the heat. Let rest. The filling will thicken as it rests.
Set aside or refrigerate in a tight sealed container.
Frosting
Combine softened cream cheese, butter, sugar and vanilla and mix with a mixer or a spoon. Mix until blended and there is a stiff creaminess.
Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
French toast
Mix eggs, milk and cinnamon in a bowl.
Submerge each slice of bread until both sides are coated and soaked.
Spray your baking dish with non-stick cooking spray and place the slices in your baking dish.
Cover with clear plastic wrap and refrigerate until the morning.
Bake at 350 for about 20 minutes or until golden brown.
Serve with your cranberry blueberry sauce and top with cream cheese frosting.
Notes
Can’t find fresh cranberries? Replace the cranberries with raspberries or more fresh blueberries.
