Limoncello Spritz

Cool off with a refreshing Limoncello Spritz! This easy Italian cocktail recipe combines limoncello, prosecco, and soda water for a light, bubbly drink perfect for summer. Inspired by my trip to the Amalfi Coast, it’s ready in minutes and bursting with lemon flavor.

Ingredients

  • Ice
  • 2 oz Limoncello
  • 3 oz Prosecco
  • 1 oz Soda Water
  • Lemon slices for garnish
  • Fresh mint optional

Instructions

  • Fill a wine glass or cocktail glass with ice.
  • Pour in the limoncello, then add soda water.
  • Top with prosecco and give it a gentle stir.
  • Garnish with lemon slices and a sprig of mint.
  • Sip, relax, and imagine yourself floating off the Amalfi Coast!
