Frozen Pain Chiller (Alcohol Free Painkiller)
A Pain Chiller is an alcohol free version of the Painkiller cocktail originated in the British Virgin Islands. This simple frozen tropical drink is the perfect mocktail for a hot summer day!

Ingredients

ounces
cream of coconut
1
dash
nutmeg
½
cup
orange juice
¾
cup
pineapple juice
1
cup
ice or frozen pineapple chunks
Dairy-free coconut milk whipped cream
optional
Garnish: pineapple or orange wedge
optional
Instructions
Add the cream of coconut, nutmeg, orange juice and pineapple juice to a blender with ice (or frozen pineapple chunks). Blend until smooth.
Pour into a hurricane glass.
Garnish with whipped cream another dash of nutmeg and a pineapple wedge. Serve with a straw and enjoy!
Painkiller Cocktail Version
Add 2 ounces of dark rum and 2 ounces orange juice (instead of the 1/2 cup).
Notes
How to serve on the rocks:
Add ingredients to a shaker with ice and shake until well-chilled.
Strain into a hurricane glass over crushed ice.
