Pork Loin Roast

Orange

Bottle or Can of Coca-Cola
Instructions
Slice an orange in half, then slice one half into wedges.
Slice 3-4 small cuts into the pork loin and add the wedges into the meat.
Place pork in a Crock Pot and pour Coke over the pork. Move the pork around so some Coke gets on the bottom.
Squeeze the other half of the orange over it all.
Close the lid and slow cook for 5-6 hours on low.
Cut and serve.
