Bailey’s Espresso Martini
The perfect Bailey's espresso martini recipe. Whether you're enjoying one as a special treat after dinner or serving them up at your next party, this creamy, coffee-infused cocktail is sure to be a hit.

Ingredients

ounce
vodka
1
ounce
Bailey’s Irish Cream
1
ounce
espresso
freshly brewed
1
ounce
coffee liqueur
Kahlúa
½
ounce
simple syrup
coffee beans
cocoa powder
optional
Ice
Instructions
Brew a fresh espresso and let it cool.
Fill a cocktail shaker with ice.
Add the vodka, Bailey's, cooled espresso, coffee liqueur and simple syrup to the shaker.
Shake well until the ingredients are fully combined and the mixture is frothy.
Rim a martini glass with cocoa powder, if desired.
Strain the mixture into the prepared glass.
Garnish with your choice of coffee beans, lemon peel, orange peel, chocolate-covered coffee bean, or cinnamon.
Serve immediately and enjoy!
Notes
If you don’t like mint, substitute Irish cream with regular cream.
