Enjoy quick and delicious Air Fryer Pepperoni Pizza Sliders – layers of melted mozzarella, pepperoni, and savory seasonings on Hawaiian slider buns, perfect for dinner, snacks, or game day!
Slice the Hawaiian rolls to fit your air fryer and place on top of a piece of foil. The foil is how you will transfer the sliders to the air fryer.
Spread a layer of pizza sauce over the bottom halves of the buns.
Sprinkle a generous amount of shredded mozzarella cheese over the sauce.
Place pepperoni slices evenly on top of the cheese. Add any additional toppings you desire.
Add a little bit of Parmesan cheese as your next layer.
Sprinkle with half of the basil, you’ll use the rest for the topping.
Place the top half of the slider buns on the toppings to create sandwich-like structures.
In a small bowl, mix the melted butter, garlic and additional basil. Brush this mixture over the tops of the slider buns.
Using the edges of the foil, place the sliders into the air fryer basket and bake at 350°F (180°C) for 6-8 minutes or until the cheese is melted, and the sliders are golden brown.
Once cooked, carefully remove the sliders from the air fryer using oven mits to hold onto the foil edges.
Place the entire batch of sliders onto a serving platter and serve while warm.
Serve with additional pizza sauce for dipping.
