Air Fryer Peanut Butter French Toast Roll Ups
Serve breakfast or a snack extra fast with these easy Air Fryer Peanut Butter French Toast Roll Ups. Crunchy peanut buttery snacks baked to perfection!

Ingredients

Slices
White sandwich bread
½
cup
Peanut Butter
2
eggs
beaten
1
teaspoon
vanilla extract
2
Tablespoons
2% milk or unsweetened almond milk
2
Tablespoons
sugar
1
Teaspoon
cinnamon
½
Tablespoon
powdered sugar
optional
Instructions
Roll each slice of bread flat with a drinking glass or rolling pin. Cut off the crust.
Spread a spoonful of peanut butter on the bread and roll up.
In a small bowl, mix cinnamon and sugar then sprinkle onto a plate.
In a larger bowl, combine eggs, milk and vanilla.
Dip each roll-up into the egg mixture making sure all sides are coated.
Roll in the cinnamon sugar mixture.
Spray your air fryer with non-stick cooking spray.
Place roll-ups in the air fryer.
Bake at 360 degrees for 6 minutes or until brown.
Remove and place onto a plate, sprinkle lightly with powdered sugar.
Serve with maple syrup, chocolate sauce or your favorite flavor of jelly for dipping sauce.
Notes
These roll ups are best eaten immediately.
Skillet Instructions
Heat a tablespoon of butter in the skillet.
Cook on both sides until golden brown and crispy.
